Labor law is employee protection law.
Any problems that arise should be resolved in the short term.
After you have received / become aware of a dismissal from your job, you only have 3 weeks to file a lawsuit with the labor court. So you have to act immediately.
Legally employee-friendly behavior on the part of the employer is not honored by labor law - the opposite is the case.
